How to Configure OX App Suite Email in Microsoft Outlook (IMAP & POP3 Settings)
Setting up your OX App Suite email account in Microsoft Outlook is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to configure your email using either IMAP or POP3 protocols.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook
Launch Outlook and navigate to File > Add Account to begin the setup process.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
Input your full email address (e.g., username@yourdomain.com) and click Connect.
Step 3: Choose Account Type
Select either IMAP (recommended for syncing across multiple devices) or POP3 (downloads emails to a single device).
Step 4: Configure Incoming Mail Server
For IMAP:
Server: imap.us.appsuite.cloud
Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
For POP3:
Server: pop.us.appsuite.cloud
Port: 995
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Step 5: Configure Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
Server: smtp.us.appsuite.cloud
Port: 465
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Step 6: Enter Login Credentials
Username: Your full email address (username@yourdomain.com)
Password: Your email account password
Step 7: Complete Setup
Click Next and allow Outlook to verify your settings. Once completed, your email account will be successfully configured and ready to use.
Tip: For better email synchronization across devices, it is recommended to use IMAP instead of POP3.
