We developed a focused microsite for the Alliance for Inclusive and Nutritious Food Processing (AINFP), enabling clear communication of its mission and initiatives. The platform served as a centralized digital hub during its active phase.
The Challenge
The Alliance for Inclusive and Nutritious Food Processing (AINFP), under TechnoServe, required a dedicated microsite separate from the main organization’s digital presence.
The goal was to create a platform that could clearly articulate AINFP’s objectives, showcase its programs, and engage stakeholders across the food processing ecosystem. The challenge lay in delivering a streamlined yet informative experience within a defined scope of services, while ensuring flexibility for potential changes through structured change orders as outlined in the agreement.
Additionally, the microsite needed to serve its purpose effectively within a limited operational lifecycle, as it was not intended to be a permanent platform.

Results

Although the site is no longer active, it fulfilled its intended role during its lifecycle by delivering a reliable and professional platform that aligned with the project’s objectives and contractual scope.
