From Africa to Germany, the Honest Way: Inside the Michael TalentHub Website
Sino Soft designed and built a custom website for Michael TalentHub GmbH, a licensed recruitment agency in Bonn connecting skilled professionals from Africa with employers in Germany. The site pairs a searchable job board and employer intake with clear, honest guidance that helps candidates trust the process.
The Challenge
Michael TalentHub GmbH is a licensed
recruitment agency based in Bonn. It finds skilled professionals, mostly from
Africa, and places them with employers across Germany in IT, engineering,
healthcare, hospitality, English teaching, professional driving and the skilled
trades. Its website had to serve two very different audiences at once:
candidates looking for a real route to work in Germany, and German employers
looking for reliable, pre-screened staff.
Several demands came together:
First, trust. International recruitment carries a reputation for scams and hidden fees, and many candidates arrive suspicious. The site had to answer the questions they were silently asking: is this agency real, what will I pay, and what happens next?
Second, the site had to work for people applying from a phone, often on slow or expensive mobile data.
Third, it would handle personal information from candidates and employers in the EU and beyond, so data protection under GDPR and German legal requirements had to be in place from day one.
Finally, the client needed a site that could go live quickly and grow in
stages, with a clear path to more advanced recruitment tools later.
Our Solution
Sino Soft built the site as a fully custom,
hand-crafted website, with no page builders and no ready-made templates. Rather
than stretching a generic platform to fit, we shaped every page around the
candidate’s journey and the agency’s reputation, and hosted it on fast, secure
cloud infrastructure so it loads quickly wherever visitors are.
Key
deliverables included:
·
Searchable job board — candidates browse
open roles and narrow them by keyword, industry, location and required German
level, from “No German” through A1 to C2
·
Online applications delivered to the right inbox — applications are sent straight to the agency’s careers team by
e-mail, so the recruitment team can respond quickly from day one
·
Employer vacancy intake — a structured
“For Employers” form captures company, industry, number of positions, role
requirements and hiring timeline, and routes each enquiry to the recruitment
team
·
Industries at a glance — eight sectors
presented on the homepage, each linking directly to its open roles
·
A clear path to Germany — a visual
six-step journey — Application, Screening & Interview, Document Check, Visa
Process, Contract, Travel & Arrival — so candidates know exactly what to
expect
·
Trust built into every page — licensing
as a German GmbH, a “Fees & Verification” page, a Code of Conduct, and the
promise “We will never ask you to pay for a job offer” shown across the site
·
Discover section — Our Process, Why
Germany, Code of Conduct, Fees & Verification and FAQ pages that answer
common questions on visas, recognition of qualifications, relocation and costs
before candidates have to ask
·
Direct contact options — WhatsApp
click-to-chat, phone, e-mail and LinkedIn, so candidates can reach a real
person and confirm the agency is genuine
·
Mobile-first and lightweight — designed
for phones first, with compressed images and lean pages for candidates on
limited data
·
Privacy and legal compliance — consent
on every form, plus Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Imprint pages written
to meet EU (GDPR) and German requirements
·
Search visibility — page-level
descriptions and clean web addresses so roles and guidance pages can be found
in search
Results
·
Live quickly, built to grow — the agency
launched with a complete public site and working application and vacancy
channels, without waiting for every advanced feature
·
Trust front and centre — fees,
licensing, verification and conduct are explained openly, giving cautious
candidates the confidence to apply
·
Two audiences, one site — candidates and
employers each have a clear route in, with “Find Jobs” and “Hire Talent” on
every page
·
Built for the real candidate — fast,
phone-friendly pages work on the devices and connections most applicants
actually use
·
Compliant from day one — consent, data
handling and legal pages are in place for candidates and employers in the EU
and beyond
·
Every enquiry reaches a person —
applications and employer vacancies land directly with the right team, ready
for follow-up
When Michael TalentHub approached Sino
Soft, the agency had a clear mission and a hard problem. Its mission was to
connect skilled African professionals with German employers who need them. Its
problem was that international recruitment is crowded with operators who charge
candidates for promises they never keep. Before anyone would apply, the website
had to prove the agency was different.
So we started with trust rather than with
features. The agency’s registration as a German GmbH, its fee policy and its
commitment never to charge for a job offer appear throughout the site, not
tucked away on a single page. A dedicated Fees & Verification page explains
what candidates do and do not pay for and how they can check the agency for
themselves, and a Code of Conduct sets out the standards the team works to.
Next came clarity. Moving to another
country for work is a big step, and uncertainty is what makes people hesitate.
The six-step “Clear Path to Germany” shows the whole journey from first
application to arrival, and the Discover section answers the practical
questions about visas, recognition of qualifications, relocation and life in
Germany. Candidates can read all of this before they commit to anything.
The job board is built around how
candidates actually search. They can look for a role by keyword and filter by
industry, location and the level of German required, which matters because
language level often decides who is eligible. When they find the right role,
their application goes straight to the agency’s careers team. Employers have
their own route: a short, structured vacancy form that tells the recruitment
team exactly what a company needs, so the right candidates can be matched
quickly.
We designed for the phone first. Most
candidates browse and apply from a mobile device, often on limited data, so
pages are light, images are compressed and the layout stays easy to read on a
small screen. WhatsApp click-to-chat gives candidates a familiar, immediate way
to talk to a real person.
Because the site collects personal
information from people in Germany and abroad, privacy was part of the design
from the start. Every form asks for consent, and the Privacy Policy, Terms of
Service and Imprint meet EU and German requirements.
The site was deliberately launched in
phases. This first phase gives Michael TalentHub a complete, trustworthy public
presence with working channels for candidates and employers. Because it is
custom-built, it is ready to take on more advanced recruitment tools as the
agency grows, without starting again.
For Sino Soft, this project shows what we
do best: understand what a client’s audience needs to believe before they act,
and build a site that earns that belief on every page.
