When you get search an error you may ask yourself :-

Is it a WordPress fix file permissions plugin issue? or how can I change WordPress permissions or is it a WordPress file permissions automatic update?

As much as you may encounter an error where some files are not writable by WordPress, or the uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads. The error you see above is not usually due to inconsistent file permissions.
