Solution:
You can change the file permissions on your account with your FTP client. Give enough (but not too many) permissions like write permissions when you want to edit or delete a file. If this doesn’t solve your problem, contact our help desk or server administrator and ask them to verify the permissions and ownerships of the file or folder on your account.
