Tiwani Spirulina's existing Weebly website served as a basic source of company information but lacked the functionality needed to support online sales and business growth. The client wanted to transform the website into a simple yet professional e-commerce platform where customers could browse products, add items to their cart, and complete purchases with an easy and secure checkout process.
A key priority was creating a frictionless shopping experience, particularly during checkout. The client requested a streamlined three-page website comprising Home, Shop, and Contact, with intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, flexible shipping options, and seamless M-Pesa payment integration. They also wanted customers to complete purchases without creating an account, reducing barriers to conversion while maintaining a clean and user-friendly experience.

The new platform showcases Tiwani Spirulina's farming operations and brand story while presenting products in a clean catalogue that allows customers to explore detailed product information, manage quantities, and purchase with ease.
The checkout process was simplified by allowing guest purchases without registration, combined with location-based shipping options and secure M-Pesa payment integration for fast and convenient transactions. We also implemented Google Analytics to provide valuable insights into customer behaviour and sales performance, while optimizing the website for search engines and creating a Google Business Profile to strengthen the company's online visibility and local search presence.
